Thank you for shopping with AACA Outlet. This policy explains how we process and ship apparel orders placed on aacaoutlet.com.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, holidays, and high-volume sale periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery
After an order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3-10 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is expressly offered at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
Delayed or unavailable items
If we cannot ship within the stated time frame, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required by law, give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
Address issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because the address was entered incorrectly, contact us at customerservice@aacaoutlet.com so we can review the available options.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@aacaoutlet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
International orders
International availability, duties, taxes, and carrier fees may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when applicable. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
