Refund and Return Policy

A practical return process for unworn apparel and order issues.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, email customerservice@aacaoutlet.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will review the issue and provide return instructions, including a return label when appropriate. For size changes, preference changes, or other customer-choice returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, worn or washed apparel, and personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item, once accepted, and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Returned items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
