A few things to help us help you faster:
- Keep it consistent: When you reach out, try to use the same email you used to place your order. If you’re not sure which one that was, no sweat—just drop your order number in the message.
- The fast track for exchanges: If you’re looking for a different size or style, the quickest way to get it is to return your current order and place a new one. Waiting for the warehouse to receive and inspect returns can take a minute, and we want to get you right as fast as possible.
- Smooth returns: For a clean return, please make sure your items are brand new and in original condition. We usually set up your return label using your original shipping address. If you need to ship it back from somewhere else, just let us know the new address in your email so we can get that prepaid label to you ASAP.
- Need that refund faster? Sometimes the warehouse takes a moment to process things after a delivery lands. If you’re in a hurry for your refund, just hit us up. We’ll keep an eye out and prioritize your request to get things moving.
